Ford to release diesel-powered Focus ST

Ford COO Mark Fields announced a diesel powered Focus ST while at the Geneva Auto Show. The traditional Focus ST features a 252- horsepower 2 liter turbo. The new diesel model will feature Ford?s 2.0-liter Duratorq TCDi turbo-diesel inline-four and will be tuned to deliver 182-horse power for the ST, giving the new Focus ST a quoted 0 to 62 mph time of eight seconds.
