First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. Greenway Ford is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy, sanitary operation for our customers and employees.Our steps include:
- SANITATION AND CLEANLINESS: Our store teams have all increased their focus and commitment to maintaining the cleanest possible facilities and working environments within our offices and dealerships.
- EMPLOYEES’ HEALTH: Our team members are prohibited from reporting to work without self-quarantine and doctor’s certification if they have been exposed to a COVID-19 patient, if they have traveled to high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or have taken a cruise. We are also communicating continuously to our team members to make sure that any potential health concerns are addressed immediately.
- HOME / WORK VEHICLE DELIVERY: If you feel more comfortable buying your vehicle without actually going to the dealership, we are ready to help! Please simply contact the sales manager directly and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
- TOUCHLESS SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE: To make it easier for all of our clients to keep their vehicles in good repair we are offering online service and maintenance appointments, touchless vehicle pick up and delivery, and if you are not comfortable coming to us, we will come to you. Some limits do apply. Please call the store for details.
- SERVICE FINANCING: We also have SERVICE FINANCING OPTIONS available in these challenging times. Ask the store for details.
Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. . In addition to offering remote purchase, pickup and home delivery options; our fully sanitized showroom and service center are open. The Sales Department is open Monday thru Saturday from 9:00AM – 9:00PM and Sunday from 11:00AM – 7:00PM. Our service center is open from 7:00AM – 7:00PM Monday-Friday; and from 7:30AM – 5:00PM on Saturday.
